A mobilizing and stimulating university ecosystem

With a methodology based on academic excellence, where students learn to transform reality, to set their own goals and take control of their lives. Through Degrees, Double Degrees, Masters and Postgraduate Degrees in various fields such as Business, Law, Communication, Education or Psychology.

the challenge
Creation of a new customized web platform, fully aligned with their new brand, mission, vision and values for the repositioning of the University in the private education market, nationally and internationally.

This new platform should also help them to be the epicenter of their communication, marketing and sales plan, both to communicate and inform better and to increase the conversion of visitors to new students of the center (through degree and masters programs).

UNDERSTANDING AND DEFINITION
The client had the following needs and challenges:
Implementation of the entire web platform, its administration panel and the merchandising online store, based on Wordpress and Woocommerce.
Custom development of +35 Corporate pages; +30 Program/Degree sheets; Blog; Events; Academic staff sheets, etc.
Custom development of the integration via API REST with Universitas XXI (the leading management SW for Universities) for the management of the Teaching Guides of each degree (programs, curricula, subjects, credits, etc).
They need to increase their main KPIs, such as: number of purchases per customer, average cart amount, conversion rate from visitor to registered, conversion rate from registered to 1st purchase, or the number of requests in B2B services.
Custom development of the integration via API REST with Microsoft Sharepoint for the management of the Quality System of the University.
The initial project was contracted by the agency Trazada. Currently, together with the IT and Marketing department of the University, we continue to develop new developments and projects to expand its functionality.
Personality: brand design and culture
Thanks to the great work of the University and its branding agency KNOM, we received a new brand identity designed to a very high standard, the complete design of the interface of each screen of the platform, as well as a process of immersion into the new "mobilizing ecosystem" of Villanueva, all of which facilitated and served as a basis for our subsequent implementation process of the platform.

It is the cool shade complement to Yellow and helps to balance our designs chromatically. Blue symbolizes our academic rational side and, together with Yellow, gives rise to our characteristic use of color.

White is essential in our designs.
Particularly in informative pieces, a generous proportion of white space facilitates clear organization and communication of content.

Black is a basic color in our palette. It is the logo color we use for headlines and text. It provides contrast and high visual impact when used en masse and as a background color.
ICONOGRAPHY
The visual style of the iconography comes directly from the thick double stroke present in the design of the symbol.
DIGITAL PRODUCT
We received from the University an excellent product design, in which they carried out a process of continuous improvement applying the latest trends in design and creativity, with the objective of providing customers with a memorable experience, connection and interaction with the brand through any channel.
Interface (UI) and experience (UX).
Optimizing the experience of users and students through all types of devices, achieving a very intuitive, modern and attractive final design, for:
Facilitate both the acquisition of new leads (by requesting information on programs and degrees).
Have a good categorization and search of the different degrees and programs offered by the center.
Students and potential students well informed about everything that happens in the Villanueva ecosystem.
Purchase of merchandising.
