the challenge
SP-Berner faced a new strategic challenge for the company: to initiate a multichannel B2C online sales strategy with Shopify as the centralizing hub for operations.

The goal was to create a robust, flexible and visually appealing online store that could scale in the future with new functionalities, languages and markets, and serve as the basis for a future evolution to an advanced B2B environment.
In addition, the new platform must:
Replace your previous ecommerce in WooCommerce.
Facilitate international sales with support for multiple languages and currencies.
Reflect your sustainable, functional and modern brand identity.
Integrate with your external product management system (Channable) for multichannel sales on marketplaces (Amazon, Miravia, etc).
Optimize speed, user experience and legal compliance.

We defined an optimized B2C architecture, aligning categories and products with the most relevant searches. In collaboration with the SP-Berner team, we created a modern, functional platform, ready to evolve into a B2B environment.

We designed the user experience, developed custom templates and structured the content in three languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese).

The result is a robust, fast and conversion-focused store, integrated with your internal flows and ready to scale in markets, channels and complexity.
UI/UX Design
We started from a clear vision: a visually clean store, with a Mediterranean style and capable of transmitting sustainability and functionality. We designed an interface adapted to Sp-Berner's main target: people with properties and large outdoor spaces.

We worked on an intuitive, frictionless user experience, fully optimized for mobile devices.

To differentiate the corporate environment (in WordPress) from the new B2C store (in Shopify), we created a new branch within SP-Berner's visual ecosystem, using special conversion-oriented colors, aligned with the main identity.
Development and integrations
The development focused on building a solid, efficient and easy to scale store. We used Shopify as the technology foundation, and customized the Canopy theme to align with business and branding objectives.
These were the main integrations and tasks performed:
Catalog migration: selected products moved from WooCommerce to Shopify via structured CSV with Matrixfy.
Customization of the Canopy theme: adjustments in design, structure and functionalities to align with brand objectives.
Multi-language configuration: implementation with Shopify Translate & Adapt, with manual proofreading of texts and key metadata for 3 languages.
Integration with Channable: feed management for marketplaces, centralizing operations from Shopify.
SEO migration and redirects: full control of robots.txt, sitemap.xml and 301 redirects from the previous store.
Review system: Yotpo integration for product ratings.
Custom forms: creation with Shopify Forms to capture B2B leads and newsletter subscribers.
Consent Management Platform: implementation with Consentmo for GDPR compliance.
Tagging and analytics: Google Tag Manager configuration and activation of Consent Mode v2.
Payment gateways: activation of Shopify Payments, Klarna, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Newsletter: connection of Shopify's native form with the database of subscribed customers.

We performed a keyword analysis (keyword research), content hierarchy definition, H tags, optimized slugs and metadata. We also developed an efficient search engine friendly category architecture aligned with the brand strategy.

We configured a multi-language sitemap, customized the robots.txt file and implemented redirects from the old WooCommerce store to preserve the existing positioning. The result was a solid foundation of technical and content SEO to drive organic traffic from day one.
