Automated restoration with Italian soul and global vision

Pazzi transforms the take away experience with pizzas made on the spot by automated robots. An innovative franchise model, without kitchen staff, that combines tradition, efficiency and technology to scale globally.

PAZZI needed a new digital platform that reflected its disruptive and technological nature, capable of attracting investors and franchisees interested in leading the automated fast food revolution.

The challenge was to create a digital experience that effectively communicated the business model, technological innovation and franchise opportunities, all while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand identity.

To address PAZZI's needs, we developed a comprehensive solution that ranged from content strategy to web design and development, including specific integrations and adaptations for different devices.

We defined a clear and conversion-oriented content structure, highlighting key sections:
Detailed information on Master Franchise opportunities, including benefits, processes and interactive maps to select available regions.
Presentation of the founding team, company history, achievements and awards, as well as strategic partnerships.
Step-by-step guide to become an Individual Franchisee, clearly differentiating this option from the Master Franchise.
Design ui/ux
We created a modern and functional design, aligned with PAZZI's brand identity, that transmits innovation and confidence:
Responsive Design: Responsive design for desktop and mobile, ensuring an optimal experience on all devices.
Intuitive Interface: Simple navigation and clear visual hierarchy for easy access to information and improved conversion.
Visual Elements: Use of high quality images and videos that show the technology in action and the ambiance of PAZZI restaurants.
Interactions: Implementation of small animations and interactions to enhance the browsing experience without hindering reading.
Development and integrations
We have implemented and developed Pazzi's web platform using robust, scalable and easy to manage solutions for a non-technical user.
Custom Framework: Custom development to meet PAZZI's specific needs, ensuring flexibility and performance.
Dynamic Forms: Efficient collection of information from potential franchisees, with automatic flows differentiated according to the type of franchise.
SEO Optimization: Positioning strategies to increase brand visibility and attract qualified traffic.
Multilanguage: Architecture prepared to operate in up to 5 languages (English, Spanish, French, Italian and Arabic), facilitating international expansion and cultural adaptation.
interactive map integration
To facilitate the recruitment of new franchisees, we integrated a dynamic map developed with Mapbox, connected directly to the Webflow CMS using javascript.

The map allows you to visualize the status of each location - Available, Under Negotiation or Not Available - providing a clear and updated view of the expansion progress. Each clickable zone opens a simple landing page with a Typeform, from which users can express their interest.

All relevant conversion information is available on the same page, simplifying the flow and improving the user experience.
Dynamic forms and lead automation
The forms developed in Typeform allow you to quickly identify whether a user is interested in a Master or Individual Franchise, triggering differentiated flows.All captured information is automatically integrated into HubSpot CRM, where customized automations are triggered for each type of lead: from follow-up emails to internal alerts for the sales team.

This has allowed PAZZI to effectively manage the growing international interest and maintain agile and personalized contact with each profile.
