For a company that carries out sales and purchase operations at a global level, the efficient management of its commercial processes is of paramount importance. Therefore, the purpose of this project has been to position Iberolat as a benchmark in hotel investment consulting, through the integration, automation and optimization of all its commercial processes.

We map the business process from start to finish, identifying customers, users, products, operations, activities, funnels, roles, fields, filters and reports.
Group understanding sessions with the Iberolat team.

Pipedrive CRM Integration and Configuration
To take Iberolat to the next level, we decided to integrate Pipedrive, the customer management software (CRM) that best suited the needs and objectives.
Main custom implementations carried out in Pipedrive:
Creation and configuration of sales funnels (pipelines).
Configuration of more than 40 customized search filters.
Configuration of activities, alerts, notifications, etc.
Synchronization and configuration of email, calendar and drive for all team members.
Creation of visualization dashboards with real-time statistics (60 reports per dashboard).
Creation of commercial templates (teasers) with the SmartDocs tool.
Induction and training sessions for the Iberolat team (individual and group).
Database Migration and Automation Implementation
Database migration and synchronization:
Migration of more than 1 million items from Dropbox to Google Workspace.
Immediate bi-directional connection and synchronization between Google Workspace and CRM Pipedrive.
Design and implementation of +50 automations between Pipedrive and Google Workspace via Zapier for:
Creation of forms.
Registration of client, owner and real estate records.
Auto-creation and delivery of presentations and business templates.
Generation of folders and automatic document dump.
