Grand Fontaine Laboratories is an international company focused on medical nutrition.

Its products are designed to combat malnutrition, improve quality of life and are backed by scientific evidence. Grand Fontaine distributes its products globally through hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
the challenge
Grand Fontaine Laboratories asked us to create an attractive and functional web platform for the international launch of their new product "FontFast", a meal replacement aimed at people in the process of weight loss. The main objectives were:
Create an accessible and intuitive platform, able to reflect the scientific and nutritional value of FontFast.
Available in English and Arabic, allowing for a seamless experience tailored to both international markets.
Facilitate the management of the platform by your marketing team, avoiding dependence on technical personnel.

Understanding and definition
To ensure the success of the project, we started with the following actions:
Immersion in the ecosystem: We received and analyzed all the documentation provided by the client, which allowed us to understand in depth the context of the product and the objectives of the brand.
Definition of the technological stack: Since the daily management of the platform would be in charge of the Grand Fontaine team, we selected user-friendly tools that would allow updating content and managing the platform without the need for technical knowledge.
Information architecture: We defined the content structure of the platform, organizing the navigation tree so that it was intuitive and offered clear access to key information.
Design
In the design phase, we focus on ensuring an effective, clear and attractive user experience:
Collaborative design: We worked closely with the client to make sure the site included all the information they needed, such as nutritional and scientific details and recipes.
Agile design process: We used visual layout tools, which allowed us to design and layout at the same time, speeding up this process.
Impact
FontFast's new web platform got:
Increased conversion: By providing complete and detailed information about the product, from its nutritional value to practical recipes, it increases the purchase decision making process.
Global access: The integration of English and Arabic versions significantly expands FontFast's reach, allowing it to capture audiences in new international markets.
Efficient autonomous management: Grand Fontaine's marketing team can easily manage and update content without technical expertise.
