We faced the challenge of revitalizing the corporate web platform, which was showing signs of obsolescence. Our mission has been to provide an improved experience, more impactful and aligned with the company's identity and trajectory.

In addition, we were required to optimize global performance, implement improvements to existing integrations, develop new sections, and improve information related to the main services and the countries where the company has an international presence.

Definition and design: Working with the customer
After an immersion in the client's ecosystem, we move on to the Ideation and Definition phase. Carrying out the different creative work sessions together with the client.
Creation of navigation flows that guide the user towards the desired actions, incorporating elements that invite interaction and conversion.
Redefinition and optimization of the navigation tree of the web platform, to eliminate redundant content and facilitate access to the most relevant information.
New information architecture and redefinition of the narrative, images and videos to give them a more attractive and appropriate approach to the new times of the company.
Creation of an inspiration board to capture the conclusions in visual format, as a basis for the following phases.
We then move on to the Design phase, where we materialize the value proposition in a product aligned with user needs and business objectives:
The definition of the new graphic and visual style, through the study of outstanding references aligned with the brand.
Custom design from scratch of the UX and Viusal UI of all pages and sections of the website. From sketch to high fidelity mockup, through wireframes.
Adaptation of all contents and graphic elements, from images to videos.
Design of custom interactions, effects and animations in the UI.
CUSTOM DEVELOPmENT ON CMS
The client decided to continue with Wordpress as CMS, a platform where their internal team already had experience for the management of the site. For the Front layout, Bricks Builder was chosen, with great advantages both for the implementation and for its subsequent maintenance and evolution. Also noteworthy:
The web application was hosted on our Managed Cloud Service (AWS), ensuring high performance, optimization, security and customer experience.
Implementation of interactions and animations using optimized libraries.
The entire infrastructure was configured and prepared to implement a second language (English).
Reorganization, optimization, migration and redirection management of all news and success stories
On-page Technical SEO: initial analysis and optimization of internal technical aspects of the site that affect search engines (indexing, XML sitemap, internal linking, SERP tagging, WPO and loading speed).
Training and documentation so that the client's team can have autonomy in creating and updating regular content.
Integrations: CRM and other services
One of the biggest challenges has been to redesign, develop and integrate the new main customer acquisition form with their CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365. To achieve this we have done:
Design process to replace the more than 20 forms used by the old platform for only 1, which serves as the only way to receive leads from any point of contact (Services, Countries, etc).
Design of new fields and selectors to meet the needs of the commercial department when segmenting opportunities.
New form for the Purchasing Department, to receive proposals via email, without CRM integration.
Custom PHP solution to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with WordPress and Bricks Builder.
Secure sending of the information to the CRM and via email to the corresponding account manager, depending on the country where the service is required.
Business form integration with Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for customized report generation.
CUSTOMER IMPACT
The result of this process is a visually impactful, robust, optimized and high-performing web platform. This project demonstrates that by taking a customer-centric approach and committing to excellence, it is possible to create a digital experience that not only meets customer expectations, but far exceeds them.
